Thank you for looking at RH Shield.  We are a small family owned and operated business that runs out of the Mid-Atlantic, United States.  We started out selling our items to local merchants, and with that success we moved to selling online where we have continued to garner much acclaim.  Originally, we sold on eBay and Amazon where we received very positive feedback from our excellent customers.  At the recommendation of a family friend we decided to open our own online shop to take it to the next level.  We have since had to hire additional help to keep things running smoothly and keep up with the demand.  The journey so far has been a fun ride and we are excited to see where it takes us.

Quality and Customer Service is a much forgotten concept these days and one that is very important to us.  It is the cornerstone of what we were founded on and what has helped us grow.  Sell only quality products and treat your customers with courtesy and respect and word spreads.  That is what we are known for and continues to be a principle we drive in our staff.

As a family, we do recognize the need for a better quality of life and will occasionally take time off to recharge our batteries.  When this happens, you will see us close the shop doors for a bit and we do apologize for this.
